Japanese Mountain Retreat is seeking experienced and passionate waitstaff who take pride in delivering exceptional, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences at a luxury Japanese-inspired retreat offering boutique accommodation, private bathing, fine dining and indulgent spa experiences.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalised service to guests
Prepare barista-quality coffee and serve alcoholic beverages
Mix cocktails
Demonstrate strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and professional table service
Anticipate guests' needs and deliver thoughtful, personalised service
Maintain attention to detail in all service interactions
About you
Minimum 3 years' food and beverage service experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
Valid Victorian RSA certificate is essential
Excellent spoken English and confident guest communication skills
Robust knowledge of fine dining etiquette, skilled table service and attention to detail
Warm, polished and qualified manner
Reliability, initiative and a positive, team-focused attitude
Availability to work weekends
