Learning & Development CoordinatorWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging learning programs and initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, data, and being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.You'll coordinate training programs from start to finish, manage learning records and reporting, support facilitators and stakeholders, and help create a seamless learning experience for employees.You'll bring:Strong administration and coordination experienceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence using Excel and multiple systemsExperience coordinating training, events, workshops or programsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetExperience in Learning & Development is advantageous but not essential.
