The role will be part time, with the possibility to work hours over 4 or 5 days.The role is integral to the ongoing success of the business.
The responsibilities are multifaceted, you will provide superior 'Client Care' to our valued Investment and Superannuation clients, along with quality back-office support to the Financial Planning and Administration teams.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the booking of client appointments for financial advisers.Checking Letter of Authority (LOA validity, update and processSource external super fund information.XPLAN – Update and check feeds are set upForward insurance details to relevant staffCheck required ID is current and updateCheck Binding Death Nomination is current for Asgard/Mason StevensUpdate XPLAN with any changes to Fact FindAdd/check next review datePrepare/send Fact Find for signing if requiredScan, send and action any mailBinding documents and other documentation preparation as requestedPrepare, send and process Ongoing Service Agreements and Fee Consents with platformsLiaise with adviser, client & platform to ensure smooth implementation of client's application.Ensure all Compliance requirements are adhered to.Update policy information including addition of new clients,



updated policy details and general notes in XPLAN.Update of client personal information on XPLAN and where required with Platform.Collection of policy history and record keeping of telephone conversations with platform and clients.General administrative support to Financial Adviser, adhere to their requirements in a prompt manner and provide quality of work standard.Implement efficiencies as processed evolve.Required Skills and QualificationsHigh degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking abilityProficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning recent software and systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality of company informationThe ability to demonstrate and encourage teamworkThe ability to build customer and stakeholder relationshipsExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience using XPLAN preferred but not essentialAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbout BJAKThe original mission of BJAK is we believe people deserve smarter ways to plan, save and grow their money.
