This full-time role requiresstrong hand-eye co-ordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work constructively in a small team in a structured environment.
Experience using knives in a meat processing workplace would be highly regarded.Key responsibilitiesConducting boning and slicing activities in the meat roomPacking, weighing and wrapping of uncooked meatLabouring activities related to stock movement in chillers and freezers, incoming and outgoing orders,



and maintenance and cleanliness of the processing facilityBasic administrative tasks including conducting stocktake activities and entering stock data into computer systemsYou must haveAbility to work constructively in a small team environmentA positive attitude and willingness to learnConfidence using basic IT programsExperience in a similar industry, particularly where you developed knife skills would be desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.This is a full-time role from Monday to Thursday.Priority will be given to candidates who are locally based in Cairns, or those who have enacted relocation plans.
