With an extensive dealer network and a high performance culture, we're continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team.This is an opportunity to work in a modern workplace, alongside people who are passionate about the industries we operate in and committed to delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.About the RoleAs a key point of contact for our dealer network, you'll play an important role in delivering the customer experience that FE Sports is known for.You'll be responsible for:Answering incoming customer calls and enquiriesProcessing orders accurately and efficientlyProviding product, pricing and availability informationSupporting our external sales team and dealer network across Australia and New ZealandResolving customer enquiries and following issues through to completionDeveloping your knowledge across our cycling, fitness and outdoor product rangeThis is a full time, onsite position based at our head office in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane.About YouWe're looking for someone who doesn't just answer the question in front of them, you look for the chance in every customer interaction.You'll take ownership, follow up and follow through, and genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience.You'll ideally bring:Experience in customer service,
