Cairns Taxis Limited. is seeking a skilled Call Centre Customer Service Officer to join our team, handling customer bookings and inquiries and assisting with complaints through our integrated booking and dispatch system.

This role requires excellent communication and data entry skills, a courteous phone manner, and the ability to work on a rotating roster including days, afternoons, and nights, with weekend and public holiday shifts.
