Respect Group in Moe, Victoria seeks a General Manager to lead the Baw Baw Views Care Community, a 144-bed aged care home in the heart of town. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, clinical governance, workforce leadership and resident experience.

You will drive quality, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, financial performance, occupancy and rostering, while fostering a positive, values-driven workplace culture and solid community relationships.
