Allcar Towing Group is seeking a reliable, organised and confident Weekend Dispatchers to join our growing operations team.
This position will initially be offered on a casual basis, with a view to transitioning to permanent part time employment for the right person.
You will work Saturday and Sunday shifts, with additional weekday shifts available.
Day Shift runs 6:00am – 2:00pm and Afternoon Shift runs 2:00pm – 10:00pm.Key responsibilitiesReceive and coordinate towing and roadside assistance bookingsAllocate jobs efficiently to driversMonitor driver locations, availability and job progressCommunicate professionally with customers,



insurance companies and other clientsProvide accurate updates and maintain detailed job recordsRespond calmly and effectively to urgent or time-sensitive situationsSupport drivers throughout their shiftsEnsure jobs are coordinated efficiently from booking through to completionAbout youStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisation and the ability to multitaskConfidence working in a busy, fast-paced environmentGood computer and data-entry skillsReliable, punctual and able to work independentlyAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureKnowledge of Melbourne and Victorian roads is highly regardedPrevious experience in dispatch, transport, logistics or towing is preferred, but not essentialAbout usAllcar Towing Group is one of Victoria's largest towing and recovery operators, with a growing fleet and depot network providing services across the state 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
