health fund claims and general administrationProcess HICAPS Trinity transactions accuratelyRespond to emails, messages and telephone enquiries promptly and professionallySupport chiropractors and allied health practitioners with day-to-day clinic operationsMaintain accurate patient information and handle confidential records in line with privacy requirementsCoordinate patient flow and help ensure appointments run smoothlyMaintain a clean, organised and professional clinic environmentComplete administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframesWork collaboratively with chiropractors, allied health practitioners, administration and managementRemain calm and solution-focused when managing competing priorities in a busy clinicDevelop a strong understanding of clinic services, practitioner procedures and patient care processesWhat you will bringPrevious customer service, administration or healthcare experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsA professional and confident telephone mannerStrong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasksAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a teamA patient-focused approach and genuine interest in helping peopleConfidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookAbility to learn new systems, software and processesStrong attention to detail when handling payments,
