The restaurant is open seven days, with all-day dining from 9am to 9pm and a broad club menu built on valuable food and value for money.You'll work alongside our chefs and kitchen attendants, looking after the dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic, following our food safety procedures.DutiesWash and sanitise plates, utensils and cooking equipment following our proceduresKeep workstations and the scullery clean throughout your shiftPack away and rotate stock as directed by the chefsRemove rubbish, waste and recycling from the kitchen and passageway,



and dispose of it correctlyClean the kitchen as needed during service, and sweep and mop at the end of each shiftAbout youComfortable working in a large, busy kitchen teamAble to take direction from chefsReliable and hard-workingAble to prioritise and keep up under pressureCan safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting and carrying kitchen items, with reasonable adjustments where required.AvailabilityWeekend availability is essential, particularly Friday to Sunday evenings, with shifts finishing around (finish time).
You'll also be asked to work some public holidays.Australian work rights are required.
