Neami National is seeking a Peer Practice Lead for the Urgent Mental Health Care Centre. This part time, permanent role focuses on supporting staff practice development, line management, and supervision to enhance recovery-focused services for consumers and carers.

You will work with the Lived Experience workforce, promote mutuality, and deliver training, coaching and career development. Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or equivalent credentials are preferred, with flexible schedule
