You'll be a trusted source of knowledge and help create an outstanding in-store experience for every customer.We offer:Attractive commission structure and bonus incentives.Clear career progression opportunities across motorcycle sales, finance & insurance, and other areas of the business.Generous staff discounts on products and merchandise.Work with an iconic global brand and a passionate team environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.Share your knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel, and riding gear.Promote products by highlighting their features and benefits.Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom.Ensure stock is displayed effectively and replenished as required.Stay informed on new products, industry trends, and advances in motorcycle technology.To be successful in this role, you'll have:A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson® lifestyle.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Previous retail or sales experience (motorcycle industry experience highly regarded but not essential).
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory).
