We are seeking the service of a highly competent Senior Power Systems Engineer, experienced in supporting grid connection applications in the NEM to be part of growing and ambitious team.The work will present a wide variety of technical challenges and would suit a candidate who:Wants to work with a team of experts, with prospect to have fun at workIs motivated and can drive projects forwardWants increased autonomy and flexibilityWants be part of an established and growing business and the opportunities that go with itRole:-Undertaking grid connection studies and supporting power system modelling team for utility scale solar, wind and energy storage projectsWorking closely with project developers, investors, consultants, NSPs and AEMO to understand specific project requirements and resolve any product related modelling or functional issuesPerforming power system modelling, Dynamic and Steady-State Analysis using PSSE, PSCAD, PowerFactoryPreparation of NSPs Grid Connection application documents and technical reports, interface with clients and NSPs/AEMO for information gathering and technical discussions.
