We're scaling with discipline.We're looking for a Venue Manager who has already done this job somewhere valuable, knows what great looks like on the floor, and can hold a team to that standard every night of the week.What You'll Own• Day-to-day floor operations - service, atmosphere, standards, pace• Labour scheduling and roster management against weekly targets• COGS oversight in partnership with the BOH lead - weekly invoice review, waste reduction• Weekly reporting to the Operations Director - revenue, labour %, issues, priorities• Supplier relationships and stock management• Opening and closing standards, venue presentation,
