accountability is expected, and high performance is recognised.The RoleThis is a hands‐on leadership opportunity, initially combining approximately 70% project delivery with 30% team leadership and development, with the potential to take on greater leadership responsibilities over time.Lead and deliver multiple complex projects ranging from $300K to $3M+Mentor, coach and develop a team of junior and mid-level Project ManagersShare your expertise, introduce best practices and help others develop their project management capabilitiesDrive accountability, improve processes and ensure project deliverables are achievedEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standardManage stakeholder communication across clients, internal teams and suppliersCoordinate resources, subcontractors and project timelinesAttend site visits as required (primarily VIC, with some interstate travel)Monitor budgets, oversee project billing and drive strong commercial outcomesWork closely with senior leadership to continually improve team performance and project deliveryAbout You5–8+ years' experience as a Project Manager,
