The Role
This role is diverse and you will be out in the field for a week at a time on a roster (one week out of every 4 includes weekends)
There is chance to earn extra $$$ for call outs after hours and on weekends during your rostered times
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your career and be out on the road

Duties will include
Be able to resolve issues with various terminals
Accurately record client technical information and faults and raise any activities where required
Be able to follow up and close cases
Develop valuable relationships with merchants to instil confidence
Participate in product training and share knowledge throughout the team




Perform technical services, installations and relocations of machines
Attend any service call-outs in a timely manner
Liaise with technical team
Maintain stock levels in van
Provide technical assistance and support to resolve any issues
Complete detailed service reports

Skills and Experience
Applicants must hold a permanent residency due to the nature of this position
Be able to provide a current open Victorian Driver's License (this is required for insurance purposes)
Have the technical aptitude to problem solve
Be able to work on a roster and be on call with flexibility
