We are searching for self-motivated and customer-focused retail experts capable of leading and independently managing one of our stores in one of our Werribee store.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing consistent exceptional customer service to our valued customers
Assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operations and success of your store
Creating a high-performance workplace in your store

About you:
Think and act like a business-owner
Passionate about exceptional customer service
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
Passionate about growing high performance teams
Ambitious, highly motivated with solid organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail




Minimum 2 years’ experience in either Retail Store Leadership or Bank Branch Leadership
A love of travel is also a bonus!
