As Group Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the full-service operation across 7 premium and emerging brands — driving performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every single day. The brands include Ford, Kia, Mitsubishi, Deepal, Foton, GMSV and Renault.

Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop your service team to hit and exceed targets
Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
Own the customer experience from first contact to vehicle collection
Manage department financials, labour rates and cost controls
Work closely with the Managers and senior leadership team
Build a culture where performance is expected and excellence is celebrated

About you
Proven experience as a Service Manager role in automotive




A leader who sets the standard and holds the team to it
Solid commercial acumen and an eye for the numbers
Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff alike
Someone who thrives in a quick-paced, multi-brand workplace
