You'll design and build the automations that connect our teams, own our Salesforce, HubSpot and other systems, and make sure we adopt AI in a way that's secure, compliant and genuinely useful – then train the business to get the most out of it.This is a newly created, 12-month full-time opportunity with the potential to extend, giving you the autonomy to build and own the automation and AI function across the B.Invested Group.What you'll doDesign and implement automation and AI solutions that improve efficiency across all departmentsOwn the administration of Salesforce, HubSpot and other systems – configuration, integrations, data quality and reportingSet the guardrails for safe,



secure and compliant use of AI across the businessTrain and support teams across the business to get the most from our systems and AI toolsDrive continuous improvement across our processes, from lead generation through to settlementWhat you'll bringProven experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot (qualifications highly regarded)Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and automations within a businessA solid understanding of data privacy, security and complianceExcellent communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical teams2 – 3 years in a systems, automation, CRM or business improvement roleReal estate, property or financial services experience is a plus, but not essentialWhat's on offer12-month contract with the potential to extend$95,000 – $115,000 + superannuation, depending on experienceA newly created role with genuine autonomy to shape how we use AI and automation across the businessExposure to every part of the business across the groupBenefits include versatile/hybrid working after probation period, EAP service, discounts through Employment Hero and personal car lease options through Flare Cars
