We are a family owned and run business based in Northern Victoria and have an exciting prospect for an experienced Accountant to join our business to oversee the Management Accounts for our Multi-Entity Organisation which includes business' in the following industries:Hospitality - Sherbourne Terrace HotelPrimary Production - Allendale Orchards 300 AcresRental Properties - Commercial and ResidentialThe main duties and responsibilities are to oversee the Financial Function and include:Processing weekly PayrollDaily Bank ReconciliationsProcessing Accounts Payable and ReceivableForecasting and Monitoring of Cash FlowsPreparation of Financial ReportsLiaising with External Stake Holders and AccountantsRental Property Management and ReconciliationOther Bookkeeping and Ad Hoc Administration DutiesThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:Strong working history of using XeroExperience in Payroll (50+ Team)Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailProven experience in high level accountingThe ability to multitask and meet deadlinesSelf motivated Team PlayerFull Time 5 Days Monday to Friday OR Part Time 4 Days Tuesday to FridayIf you are an experienced Accountant we would love to hear from youBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
