Based in our Sydney office, you will drive safe, productive and profitable outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects within the fuel, energy, defence, infrastructure and remediation sectors, while supporting the continued growth of the NSW business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage existing $20M portfolio of works and grow into $30-$40MLead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex brownfield and greenfield construction projects from concept through to completionDrive continuous improvement across project delivery systems, processes and performanceOversee project financials, including reporting, WIP management and forecastingSupport client satisfaction, business growth and long‐term financial performanceEngage with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomesOversee bid and pre-contract activities, including tender submissions, contract negotiations and project mobilisationIdentify and mitigate risks while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetABOUT YOUTertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineProven experience in a senior construction, operations or project management role delivering complex projectsStrong commercial acumen with experience in budgets, forecasting, cost control and contract managementDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high‐performing teamsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship‐building skillsStrong planning, problem‐solving and decision‐making capabilitiesCommitment to safety,
