An opportunity has become available to join our industry recognised business, based in Wangara. We are a premier equipment supplier to the surface coating and abrasive blasting industries.

This position involves providing technical equipment repairs along with management of all workshop functions. With training, you will become highly proficient in all repair and technical support functions and be able to provide sound customer advice across our technical portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
As a customer facing position, meeting customer expectations.
Central to support of business relating to repair and technical support.
Coordinate and maintain the workshop workplace.
Respond to customer inquiries on quotes, jobs, works in progress and technical queries.
Preparation of quotations within established guidelines and policies.

Key Competencies, Skills and Experience Required
Experience in a technical workplace
Problem solving ability
Effective written, oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Solid sense of accountability
Able to work autonomously or as part of a team
Competency in most Microsoft Office software

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday
