About the role

Join the Dream Doors Kitchens team as a part-time Kitchen Sales Consultant / Designer based in Ormeau, QLD. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing expert design advice and exceptional customer service to help our clients create their dream kitchens.

What you'll be doing
Conducting in-home consultations to understand the customer's needs and design preferences
Developing custom kitchen designs using our in-house software and product catalogue
Presenting design proposals and quotations to customers in a compelling and professional manner
Providing guidance on product selection, layout, and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycle
Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a seamless project delivery
Achieving individual and team sales targets through your consultative selling approach

What we're looking for
Proven experience in kitchen design, sales, or a related field
Strong spatial awareness and design skills to create innovative and functional kitchen layouts
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers and close sales




Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Passion for the home improvement industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with trends
