We are currently looking for a full time Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our crew in Benalla.

This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and will be a vital part of the Maintenance team.

Responsibilities include:
Provide the maximum level of machine availability and reliability.
Provide safe operating performance of machinery and processes.
Complete Preventative/predictive maintenance as directed
Providing the necessary information for reordering of parts.
Ensure all work areas are left in a clean condition as per site housekeeping and Quality procedures.
Be Proactive towards process improvement.
Training of Apprentices(on the job)
Maintain Company quality standards as per work instructions.
Provide a high level of customer service to internal / external customers.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Mechanical Fitter trade.
In-depth knowledge of WHSE legislation and secure work practices.
Understanding of Manufacturing equipment.




Strong written and verbal communications skills.
