Day to day duties and experience needed:
Take full control of a large and performing minor works division, focusing largely on overseeing successful project delivery
Play a key part in quoting, KPI management, cost control and P&L; management
Oversee and provide support to a team of Project Managers, Estimators and Designers
Provide technical project support and advice as and when required
Assist in the growth and development of the minor works team
Report directly into a supportive General Manager
Previous experience
Trade background across sprinkler systems or fire alarms is preferred
Must have solid communication skills and leadership qualities
