Job Description

Assist the retail and commercial buying teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Respond and resolve all queries related to the end-to-end supply chain raised by internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Exceptional computer skills with command on emails and freshdesk
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy




Prior Supply Chain and Microsoft Navision experience is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritise

Additional Information
Raise purchase orders, send by email and EDI
Update pricing (Invoice, RRP and Promotional pricing, initial base price for R&D;)
New item creation and management, publishing and ordering
Process requests to content.
Load sell thrus and other rebates
Respond to suppliers regarding pricing and other order issues
Submit requests for content to publish
Place opening orders with suppliers
Follow up on outstanding POs, deliveries and booking
Cancel purchase orders that will not be supplied or are not required
Update stock status on products
Create interstate and interbusiness transfer orders
Resolve emails in freshdesk queues directed to the supply chain team
