The City of Marion is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead the Survey and Design function within the Council’s in-house team. You will shape design standards, manage stormwater, roads, and drainage projects, and supervise staff to deliver infrastructure outcomes with solid governance.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate across delivery teams, and influence planning and budget processes for long-term community advantages.
