Are you a recent graduate with a degree in construction, engineering or a related field? Do you have a passion for building and a desire to learn and grow in the industry? If so, we have an exciting chance for you to join our team as a Graduate Estimator.

Our company is a leading Tier 2 Commercial Builder, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, retail, and commercial. As a Graduate Estimator, you will be working with a team of experienced estimators and project managers, gaining valuable on-the-job training and experience in all aspects of the estimating process.

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Responsibilities:
Assist the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive tenders
Review and understand project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules




Take off quantities from drawings and input into estimating software
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information
Prepare subcontractor and supplier comparisons
Attend site inspections and meetings as required
Provide general support to the estimating team as required

Requirements:
Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Ability to work well in a team workplace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
