About The Role

We are on the lookout for a confident and experienced Leasing Executive to identify and secure sites aligned to our brand and strategy across NSW, QLD & ACT. This remote role based in NSW will see you you primarily responsible for:
Identifying and evaluating suitable sites, utilising market research in presenting recommendations back to the business




Negotiating recent leases and lease renewals ensuring favourable lease terms in line with internal requirements
Maintaining a pipeline of potential sites and regions suitable for our brand

About You

We are passionate about our brand, products and our customers. If you share these values, and possess the following, we’d love to hear from you:
Demonstrated experience in leasing, ideally within retail/ multi-unit business
Experience in franchising desirable
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to travel regularly (approx. monthly)
Drivers licence & car
