Job Responsibilities:
Full-service property management
Manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties
Advertising, leasing tasks and weekday open homes
Coordinate maintenance requests
Lease renewals




Arrears management
Condition Reports
No trust accounting

Qualifications:
Prior 2 years experience in a Property Manager role
QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Driver’s licence and vehicle
Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to property management challenges.
Experience with PropertyMe and EagleCRM (favourable)
