You’ll open/close, coach staff, train recent teammates, and serve customers with a smile while keeping shelves stocked and hazards in check.

This role offers an attractive hourly rate of $35.48 plus shift allowances, a 35-hour week, and extensive training and internal career prospects within ALDI.
