Senior Project Manager - Middleware UpgradeOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrade.This is a technically complex project involving an integration platform that supports 20+ critical business systems and applications.
You will manage delivery using a Waterfall methodology, coordinating internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of the middleware upgrade, from planning through to implementation and post-deployment supportDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and key milestonesCoordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors across multiple systems and integrationsManage project scope, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful deliveryOversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals and change requestsDrive stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teamsProvide regular project reporting across progress, financials, risks and delivery milestonesLead delivery using a structured Waterfall project methodologyKey Requirements10+ years' experience managing complex IT projects,
