Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.Key responsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities across multiple residential building sitesCoordinate subcontractors, tradespeople and suppliersMonitor project progress and ensure construction schedules are metEnsure all work complies with building codes, plans, specifications and quality standardsMaintain workplace health and safety requirements on siteConduct site inspections and manage quality controlIdentify and resolve construction issues as they ariseCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients and tradesKeep accurate site records, reports and documentationEnsure sites are clean, organised and operating efficientlyAbout youA current QBCC Site supervisor's licenseA trade background, or a relevant tertiary qualification related to ConstructionStrong leadership,



communication and organisational skillsGood understanding of residential construction processes and building standardsAbility to manage multiple sites and coordinate various tradesGood computer skills and the ability to complete site reports and documentationA current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sitesA proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skillsWhat's on Offer?
