The Victorian Government's Department of Health is seeking a Solicitor to join the Privacy Team.
Reporting to the Specialist Privacy Lead, you will provide timely, practical legal advice on privacy and information sharing to support protected Victorian health care and compliance with Privacy laws.You will draft briefs, cabinet papers, and ministerial notes; maintain privacy templates and registers; advise Ministers and senior officials; and contribute to privacy impact assessments and breach
