An iconic global consumer business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel or Senior Associate within property to step into a Senior Manager position, managing and mentoring a team of 4–6 property lawyers while remaining hands‐on across complex property matters.This is an opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who enjoys developing others, acting as an escalation point and bringing ideas and energy to a team.While previous mentoring or management experience would be highly regarded, there is an opportunity for the right Senior Associate or Senior Legal Counsel to gain formal people leadership experience.The role will suit someone with a strong property transactions or leasing background.
The work is heavily weighted towards transactions, alongside leasing, development and construction matters.Technical capability is important, however personality and leadership style will be equally important.
