In this full-time role, you will work closely with onsite leadership teams and senior management to drive quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and best practice clinical governance across our Victorian, NSW and Tasmanian homes.What you'll be doingMonitoring and reporting on quality and compliance across Menarock LIFE's aged care facilitiesConducting onsite and desktopaudits, reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvementDeveloping and implementing quality improvement plansProviding training and support to staff on quality and compliance requirementsLiaising with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing complianceMaintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive reportsWhat we're looking forCurrent AHPRA registration as an RN or ENSubstantial experience in an aged care quality and compliance roleIn-depth knowledge of the strengthened aged care quality standards and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficient in using quality management software and reporting toolsWhat we offerAt Menarock LIFE, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
