Position Overview:
On behalf of our well-known client, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 2-5 years (PQE) to join their esteemed team.




This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and with notable clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, excellent drafting skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and commercial contract
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements
Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
Managing and supporting transactional work from inception to completion
Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Building and maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring a high standard of client service
Mentoring and guiding junior associates as needed
Requirements:
2-5 years of PQE in corporate/commercial law.
Strong academic background and a degree in law from a recognized institution
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
A proactive and client-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
