You're organised, commercially aware, and confident leading teams.
You enjoy solving problems, improving how things work, and taking ownership of results.
Multi-site experience is highly regarded but not essential if you have the capability and drive.The PackageThis is a more senior, broader role than a typical single-site Practice Manager position.
Remuneration will reflect the increased scope and responsibility, and will sit above standard practice manager packages.
We also have the flexibility to split the role into multiple roles depending on applicants.
