The Opportunity
We're seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Chatswood, NSW.
In this hands-on role, you'll provide on-site technical service including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support across a range of laboratory, scientific and industrial instruments.
Occasional interstate travel is required, as well as international travel for factory training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical service and support to customers
Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Install and commission new equipment on-site
Build relationships with customers and support service agreement discussions
Maintain clear documentation of all service visits and actions taken
About You
To thrive in this role, you will have:
A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering




Experience servicing scientific or laboratory equipment
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
A customer-first mindset and a high level of self-motivation
Proficiency with computers and service reporting systems
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for factory training.
Australian working rights or able to obtain
