Salary: RN/M1 $79,381 – $108,311 p.a. (pro rata)
Limestone Coast Local Health Network is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced SA Health employees for a temporary Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1 position within the Outpatients Department at Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service.
This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to protected, high-quality, person-centred nursing care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care, including assessing patient needs, planning, implementing and evaluating appropriate care.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
Recognise and respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions, escalating clinical concerns in accordance with established procedures.




Participate in quality improvement activities, patient education and professional development to support safe and effective clinical practice.
Essential Requirements:
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated competence in nursing and/or midwifery practice, with effective communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
