chefs and operatorsMonitor competitor activity, pricing and market trendsSupport product launches, promotional programs and seasonal campaignsWork closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Operations and Production to deliver a strong customer experienceMaintain accurate CRM, customer and opportunity recordsProvide regular market insights and commercial feedback to support planning and decision-makingAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and comfortable developing business in the field.You will ideally have:Experience in business development, sales or account managementStrong new‐business development and relationship‐building capabilityExperience in food, FMCG, wholesale, grocery, hospitality supply or a related industryConfidence working independently and managing a customer territoryStrong communication, negotiation and follow‐throughGood commercial judgement and sales disciplineGenuine interest in food and multicultural marketsProfessional Vietnamese language capability, allowing you to confidently communicate with Vietnamese‐speaking customersEffective English communication skills for internal and broader customer engagementA valid Australian driver's licenceWhat Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role will be measured through:New customer acquisitionRevenue growth across current and existing accountsStrong customer retention and account developmentGrowth of priority products and categoriesDevelopment of a healthy and measurable opportunity pipelineConsistent customer coverage and market activityStrong market intelligence and commercial feedbackWhy Join Aurum?
