THE ROLE.
Reporting to a Manager who is highly respected in their specialist industry, you will work towards taking full ownership of your own recruitment desk.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will begin by executing a 180-degree recruitment approach,



with supported progression into a full 360-degree position.
You will:
Attend candidate meetings and interviews
Build strong candidate networks
Support contractor management
Contribute to permanent and temp placements
Observe, learn, and absorb the 360° recruitment process
