Hastings People is seeking a Front Office Manager for a regional coastal property in Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the Front Office team, deliver personalised guest experiences, and work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure a seamless guest journey.

You will excel in boutique or lifestyle settings, manage relationships with guests and stakeholders, and drive engagement and service standards while modelling hands-on leadership.
