A Senior Contracts Administrator will lead commercial admin for a $100M+ high-rise, partnering with a Project Manager to manage procurement, cost control, reporting and design coordination through the lifecycle.

The role covers subcontractor engagement, progress claims, cost forecasting and stakeholder liaison.
