We are currently seeking a professional and organised Accommodation Receptionist to join our team at RAAF Base Wagga.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has robust administrative skills, and takes pride in maintaining high accommodation standards.
The Position
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting Defence members and guests
Managing accommodation bookings, enquiries, check-ins and check-outs
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Conducting room inspections and ensuring accommodation standards are maintained
Completing cleaning inspections and quality audits
Issuing, tracking and auditing accommodation keys
Conducting furniture and fixture audits
Maintaining accommodation records and reporting requirements
Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders
Providing general administrative support to the accommodation team
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities




A professional and friendly approach
Current driver's licence (preferred)
