We're looking for a motivated, hands-on
Housekeeping Supervisor
to support our Executive Housekeeper in leading the team and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

What you'll do:
Supervise, coach and support Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Housepersons to deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service
Allocate rooms and daily tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to schedule
Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure compliance with Crowne Plaza brand standards
Monitor room readiness and communicate priorities with Front Office and other departments
Respond to guest requests and VIP requirements promptly and professionally
Report maintenance issues, property damage and safety hazards, following up as required
Monitor linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
Support deep cleaning projects, team training and daily operational requirements
What we're looking for:




Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is essential, with supervisory experience highly regarded
Solid leadership, communication and time management skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to organise priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support team members
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
A genuine passion for guest service and delivering memorable experiences
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
