Talent Web Recruitment is helping a well-established commercial property business in Sydney find an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer. You will take ownership of the AR function, including tenant invoicing, rent rolls, daily receipts and allocations across a commercial property portfolio, and work closely with Property Managers and Directors.
You should have 3–6 years of AR experience, with robust Yardi capability and exposure to rent rolls and tenant accounts.
