You will support older people to remain safe,independent and connected in their own homes by delivering a rangeof in-home care and support services.
Working across our HomeServices team, you will provide person-centred support inaccordance with individual care plans, helping customers maintaintheir wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
Your role will include personal care, domestic assistance, mealpreparation, shopping support, transport assistance and socialsupport activities.
You will monitor customer wellbeing, buildpositive relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues toensure customers receive safe, high-quality care.
Through yourcompassion, professionalism and commitment to service excellence,you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of older peoplethroughout the Moss Vale community.

Hold a Certificate Ill in Aged Care or Individual Supportin AgeingCurrent First Aid certificateCurrent Drivers LicenceReliable car with comprehensive car insuranceEmpathy and commitment to the care of older peopleDemonstrated interpersonal and written skillsUnderstanding of VVHS ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to work unsupervisedCommitted to workplace equityApply Warrigal's values of innovation, respect, compassionand integrity.Satisfactory police check (to be updated regularly)Previous aged/disability care experience
