The Shire of Murray is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Duty Supervisor on a casual basis.
Working at the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre, the successful applicant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Murray Leisure Centre and provide high levels of customer supervision, safety and education, while ensuring customers achieveand enjoy high levels of service.
As the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre is open seven days a week,



hours of work may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive (including early morning and evening work).
Key DutiesMonitor pool log and log conditions and take corrective action as required.Assist in maintaining the facility and grounds in a clean and safe condition.Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of all Murray Leisure Centre services.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceLIWA Pool Operator CertificateRLSSA Pool Lifeguard qualificationsApply First Aid/CPRP riven public relations and customer service skillsWell-developed time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including ability to negotiate and resolve conflict in an appropriate mannerCommitment to providing high-quality customer serviceBenefitsLearning and development programsMentoringHealth and Wellbeing initiatives
