About the Role
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, administration and operational support.
You'll play a key part in ensuring stock is managed accurately, customers are supported efficiently and day-to-day store operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Support stock receivals, transfers and inventory managementAssist with customer collections and delivery coordinationComplete administrative and cash handling tasksMaintain an organised and safe warehouse environmentSupport stocktakes and inventory accuracyWork closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiencesHelp ensure smooth store operations every day
What We're Looking For




Previous retail, warehouse, administration or customer service experienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using computer systems and technologyA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever neededAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skills
